Shipping Policy

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order ships.

United States shipping

• Free Standard Shipping on orders $35+ (3–7 business days)
• Standard Shipping: $5.95 flat rate (3–7 business days)
• Express Shipping: $14.95 (2–3 business days)

International shipping

We currently ship to Canada, the UK, EU, and Australia. International rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery typically takes 7–21 business days depending on destination. Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your shipping confirmation email. If you haven't received tracking within 3 business days of placing your order, email hello@hydrosaeng.com.

Lost or stolen packages

Once a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, HydroSaeng is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We recommend shipping to a secure address. If your package shows as delivered but you can't find it, please contact your local carrier first, then reach out to us.

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping costs.
